Saturday was a good day! Went to our local hill, GB, and tried this new kicker we built the day before.. Wasn’t so much about jumping over the fence, more about handling the flat landing haha.. It was a really fun jump! hoping to try it out more later on and try some more tricks.

Later that day we went to robert, who had invited us for wine, crackers and cheese. We made it an italian night, lots of Eros Ramazotti and Gianna Nanini was played haha (this must have been the highlight of the night http://open.spotify.com/track/3NiiqDV0lOXk2lVnZpMgcq) It was also per’s 29th birthday so we went clubbing when the time was right. Turned out to be one of the best days in a while!
The day after was the last day at our local hill. Went up riding, but was pretty lazy from the night before so didnt do many turns haha.. They still got lots of snow though and the kickers and boxes will still be there, even though they are closed, so Im hoping for some nice photo-sessions later on there when weather is good!

Guess thats all for now.. Heading for Ramundberget and piststilen next sunday (http://www.piststilenbyripcurl.se/), staying for a week. its gona be niiiice! but first im hoping for some good riding in Åre!

Bydalen is just 1h drive away from Östersund. Its a pretty small ski-resort but they get quite a lot of snow every winter and theres not many people riding there.. the only bad part about the place is this grumpy old man who refuses you to snowboarding without a (”safety”)leash on your board.. haha didnt know people bothered about that anymore.. We didnt have any season-pass for Bydalen this winter, but will probably buy one for next winter.. Its been great times!

So, after almost half a year since my last post im back again.. havent had my computer for a few months, because of.. well its a long story… anyway, since i got it back Ive been too lazy to upload any photos haha but now the site is up and running again..

I will be uploading a bunch of photos from now on, starting up with some photos from our local ski-hill.

Some nightriding in Gustavsbergsbacken. Started using my external flash, so this was kind of a night of practise. it was fun, but i do need a trigger for for better effects..

Last weekend it was finally time for the first shred of the season!! I was sooo stoked i couldn’t stand still.. hehe
We were suposed to leave on saturday morning, but on thursday night i couldn’t wait any longer so we changed our plans and left early (?!) next morning instead. Me, Per, Magnus and Kajsa left Östersund around 8am all superexcitet!!
Vemdalen only had a few slopes open but there was a lot of snow!
After a day of riding we all felt we had to stay a few days more, we were not done here. We got a cabin for 8, supersweet with sauna and all u could ask for. Ended the day with good food, Sauna, glögg (swedish christmas drink) and lots of candy.
On saturday more pple arrived and by saturday night our cabin was full of happy skiers and snowboarders.
Sunday was our last day of riding and maybe the best one with lots of big smiles and fun jibbing!

It was definitely a super-fun weekend with lots of good shredding and fun times and we did not regret skipping school one day for this!

Some pics from östersund. The night-shots are Frösön by night and the rail shots are from the Forum Rail Jam. Also check out the pics of the main square, I should say its pretty skateable in the summer!? and why not shred it in wintertime too! I heard someone say that the architect wanted to build something skatepark-inspired.. I could agree with that!

Went to Hultsfred with two friends to see Metallica play. It was actually a 1day-festival with bands such as the Hives, Cult and Primal Scream (just to name a few..) But since I was workin that day we made it there just when the Hives were done playin, a bit of a shame.. but we saw Primal scream wich was awesome! then at 10ish James Hetfield with crew entered the big stage. Ive nevere seen them live so I was stoked!!

well it was a sick show and im glad we went there, especially because i didnt think i was able to because of work. but we made it and after the concert we drove back home and I got 3h of sleep before I was back at work the next day

Went to some nice cliffs last weekend. it was way out in the bush so ive never been there before but it was real good! cliffs in all sizes and good weather with nice pple!
